Well hello everybody

I am SGMChef which refers to my being a Sergeant Major in the Army. I have over thirty years of experience in the kitchen and have spent the majority of my military time cooking for General Officers. I also have eight years of experience in the "real world" of cooking like Country Clubs, Hotels and Restaurants as well as various Culinary competitions.
