Hi everyone!

I am a graduate student in history and an avid home cook. I would love to attend culinary school on weekends while finishing my degree but am a little nervous considering that I have no actual food service experience in any form. I started out as a middle school teacher, actually, but quickly realized that it wasn't my cup of tea.

That's about all I can think of to say.
