Posted at April 28, 2016, 4:25 pm: Hey everyone I just came across this site as my boyfriend forwarded me the link and thought I'd be interseted. What a great way to learn more about cooking and to sharpen up my culinary skills. I'm not a pro by any means but I absolutely love to cook and would welcome all the information I could get. Most of my history in the kitchen is self taught and from my Mom. She was raised on a farm and has many of those old school ethics that are forever guarenteed. Even in my most tired moments I find myself edging toward the kitchen to cook. Strange as it may sound, I just find it relaxing and most gratifying. So, I'm looking forward to many good reads on this website. I have come to the conclusion that although the schooling and instruction from a professional are probably where it's at, there are still a select few who are quick learners and can still concoct a mean concoction "cliff notes style"!!!!
