Hi had a lovely lunch the other day...Tortilla stacks layered in a round springform tin and baked, then cut into wedges. They had chicken, pumpkin,sundried tom's baby spinich and a white sauce and cheese sprinkled over the top.Others had char grilled veg's,sea food.... Anyone have a recipe of any of the above I would appreciate it ??? Also what type of tortilla would I use ??? Thanks
