There is a chinese saying, Drink the water, remember the source. I know this is a very tough profession. Only the fittest will survive the odds and long hour that demands total dedication. Cook with love. We owned Nouvelle cuisine to the brother Jean & Pierre Troigros , Paul Bocuse, Louis Outhier who in turn own it to Fernand Point who died young 58 and many great french Chefs. Can anyone update us on these dedicated gentleman, where are they today? Let take this opportunity to say a thank you to them
