I am getting started to do the food costing for our restaurant through Menulink (the joy of being the computer literate Sous Chef!). I am building the database from scratch, yay fun
I am wondering if anyone has a database for the "Book of Yields" they have built and would be willing to share with me and anyother chef's on this forum. I just purchased the 6th edition CDRom of the Book of Yields and am looking to jump start anywhere I can this process
