Well I have an interview at Biaggis (A franchised upperscale Italian restaurant) Saturday with there EC. Has anyone ever had any experience with this place and do you think it would be a good place to start for someone trying to get there foot in the door of this business. I spoke with him over the phone and told him that I was very interested in doing this professionally one day and he seemed very excited and tried to get me in as soon as possible.
Any other advice for someone starting out would be appreciated also

Biaggi's does almost everything right IMHO.

I've never heard anything negative concerning Biaggi's.
