I'm going to Montreal in 3 weeks for pleasure and pleasurable business. I'm looking for chocolate other than callebaut.Here in the prairies Callabut reigns supreme and i would like to bring in some valrhona or other good european brands for chocolte making. I'm also looking for professional chocolate molds i know of farinex and chocolat chocolat any thing else there i should be aware of or places i should not miss(culinary speaking).
