hi, I'm Nam, (SD, CA) i'm a new member at this forum, just want to say hi to everyone, and also a question,

i've been working as a professional cook for 4 years now, but desserts are not my best traits, i'm cooking a dinner for 6 in a few weeks and need some suggestions on what to cook, i just need some ideas, thanks, any help would be much appreciated.
