Head Chef needed for partnership

Meditteranean atmosphere restaurant next to a 1000 berth yacht marina in Corfu, Greece in a small hotel with a beautiful garden patio and rustic interior seating 50-60.

We are a Greek-English couple with experience in the restaurant business and are looking for a creative and innovative chef for partnership. Flair, ambition and experience are essential as is the desire and passion to prepare high quality fresh food. Chef will have responsibility for day to day running of the kitchen and supervision.

The restaurant has great potential and the possibilities are endless for the right person. Minimal outlay required for this year round business.
