Hello everyone
Wondering if anyone has had to completely relocate to a different country and continue as a caterer or rather private chef.. am now living in Crete, Greece and would like to continue to cater, yet seems more like they call us private chefs. Which is fine with me.. a little challenging as the cretans swear by their cretan diet and are just starting to learn and taste other cuisines... if anyone has a similar experience, etc... thanks for sharing
