Must have energy, Enthusiasm, and flexablity as well as a love for cuisine. Position Dates: Starts: Oct-31 Ends: april-30th End date is not fixed, we could use a permenant person but nov-april is a required minimum Eclipse is a small fine dining restaurant located in the beautiful BVI. I serve 50 in the formal dining room and 25 in the Garden lounge. I am looking for someone to help me build my small restaurant. Starting by assisting my executive chef with creating the most inovative menu and the best dinner service in the country, and possibly expanding by serving Sunday brunch or heading lunch service. All Parts of our menu are made from scratch so and due to supply shortages from living on a small island learning quickly and being flexable is key.
