Nearing completion of my 1st internship, wondering if any of you guys have suggestions of places to go and work at for my 2nd internship. It doesn't start for another 8 months or so, but I'm open to going anywhere in the US or Canada.

Wondering what some of you guys reccomend for restaurants to work at. New, exciting, little known, really famous...if you were a young budding culinarian, where would YOU want to work?

No hotel kitchens, please. Restaurants in hotels are fine. Nice places, too.

I'm in the beginning stages of research, just want some input from you guys.
