I'm currently in the process of starting school at a cordon Bleu establishment in California and like many, I've done my research on the expectations and possibilities that this career can offer but it is through actual experience that I can gain the best knowledge and that is why I ask for your help. I want to know if the tittle of cordon bleu is actually worth it? Also I want to know what to expect in the culinary career from the work market to the pay and benefits, it will all help. thanks!
