I am currently enrolled as a student at MVCC (in NY) and come the end of this semester, I want to transfer out to Nashville, TN. I'm having a difficult time finding Baking/Pastry Schools in Nashville. When I search online for Baking/ Pastry Schools in that area, I keep coming up with the same ones, over and over. There are other schools that offer Culinary Arts programs, but not Baking or Pastry in specific. I'm sure Nashville has alot more to offer than most other places, being a big landmark in the USA for Music fans all over. But, who knows. Any input? Please...I need help...AND FAST! Thanks, all is greatly appreciated.

P.S. - I also looked in Viking but, I don't know if that's a college or a place to go and learn how to cook/bake etc., so...I need to call them tonight and find out what that story is. Again, thanks a bunch.
