Hi, at the moment i dont have a cookie or baking sheet available to bake my cookies. i was wondering if i could place a sheet of aluminum foil directly onto the oven rack and bake the cookies on that? thank you in advance for your help! =)

Siduri is right, the thin aluminum will let the cookies burn.
