I really did not know where to post this.
I've been elected by my son to have a dinner at my home for 8 couples, 15-16 yr old girls and boys before their homecoming dance.
Son says make it cool!
1. I'm needing suggestions. beef,chick, seafood etc.
I actually helped with food last year through a caterer where we feed the whole class and dates. I noticed the girls did not touch anything but, my dessert of course
2. Should I desi9gn a menu and shoot it out to them for feedback?
my son eats all cuisine. I told him I would like to do lamb chops, but he thought someone may not like lamb, especially he knows I'll serve it med.
any thoughts?
The reason for not using a hotel an such was the boys were tired of banquet chick.
oh, all boys school. so will be real formal.
