The recipe :
1\2 a cup of lemon juice
4 1\2 cups of sugar
1 1\2 cups of milk
50 gr' butter.

" cook the sugar slowly to get the caramel add the milk,stir until coopprate., add the butter".

Where and when would you add the lemon?

The base: 1\2 cup of sugar 100 gr.

lemon goes in with the sugar keeps the sugar from recrystalizing.
