Please take a look at this rugelach dough recipe which I've made before and liked), and tell me if you think this will last in the fridge for a couple of days:

1 pound margarine, softened
2 cups sour cream
4 cups unbleached flour

Method: beat the ingredients together and form into a ball. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate overnight.
