Hi just wondering if n e one has a recipe for mud cake with a caramel swirl?? I was wondering if my usual mud recipe would do it ok and swirl through a thick caramel sauce, made of cond. milk gold. syrup and butter. Would this b too thick and sink, or caramalize too much and go chewy ???Or do I make up a v. small amount of cmel batter and swirl...(Recipe...?) P.S I am in Aussie and a lot of the ingredients I read about on this forum I've never heard of/ or arn't accessable here.So a scratch recipe would b wndful! Thanx !!!!
