I'm new to the neighborhood and came here under great recommendations

Since I'm a closeted Type A personality, I have already started planning my Thanksgiving menu. And, keeping in tradition with my lack of tradition, I will not be preparing turkey this year. No sir, I plan on something far different

About a year ago, I had the pleasure of enjoying Kobe Beef prepared in chocolate & espresso at Sushi Samba Rio, in my lovely Chicago. It was as close to orgasm as you can get while still keeping your pants on. Wonderful. This Thanksgiving, I would like to prepare something very similar - a pork tenderloin prepared with chocolate & espresso

Can anyone provide a recipe or guidance on how to prepare this wonderful dish? I would be eternally gratefu
