If you look at my signature you will see I run a recipe and cooking site. Recently I have created a site for a young couple (British) who moved to Spain to restore a cave and have now decided to export Serrano hams and other Spanish meat products to the UK and Europe. (I would guess shipping to the States would take too long and be too expensive).

(I have not posted the web site address in case that would be considered incorrect so if you want to know it please contact me.)

The reason for my post is that I have done an article about them on my site and published a few recipes to go with it. I would be interested in finding some more recipes that use Serrano Ham or could be adapted to use it.
