Greetings,

Although this is not about the Gardening of fresh ingredients, it still seemed appropriate to post here. While vacationing in Italy I came across Ground Bay Leaves and became hooked on it. No more fishing out of a finished product, I have added it to my own seasoning salt, etc. I was unable to find it anywhere else, even France, until my sister found it available at Penzy's Spices. No, I do not work for them, I have just found it to be a very useful product that adds flexibility in seasoning diffferent dishes and products and very difficult to find!

I gave a container to the head of the Army culinary team as a farewell gift and he hadn't seen it before, despite many Culinary Olympics under his belt. He loved it.

Penzy's Spices is a Wisconsin company and can be found easily through a Web search.

Hope this helps.
