Recently got around to signing up for Empire before Party closes the doors on us. Almost finished with my signup bonus and working to get my IGM account attached to my Empire account now. So I'm also looking at the EPASS bonuses for both sites and have a question on it. Do I incur the $5 per $100 funding hit only when I initially fund the account or does that also get taken out when I cash out of a poker site? Thanks.
