I played 379 hands of which 275 hands were raked according to PT. I emailed pokerplex to ask them why my bonus hadn't been credited.. The respons I got was that I had only played 141 raked hands this month.. Whats up with this?
It also took them about 4 days to send a reply to my question..
the hands don't have to be contributed right?
