I recently signed up for Holdem Poker to go for the 7x sign up. It is released in one lump sum at $150, so I am a little worried I will only make it halfway through and have Ongame suddenly ban Americans. So, I asked Holdem Poker what would happen in such a scenario.

Their response:

With regards to your bonus query, I cannot confirm the exact outcome of such a senario. Having said that, I do believe the ethical way to handle the situation would be to pay out the portion earned.
