Last week, I made a deposit of $200 at this poker site.
Then I began playing NL 25 ring game and already made it to $530 including the bonus released until 10/11.
I log in and tried to play poker this morning and before I took a seat, I noticed that there was something wrong with my money.
I am supposed to have $530 for my bankroll but it shows I only have $335.
Then I immediately wrote two emails to the customer support at 4:16 am and there was no response till now.
Though they refund my money back to me 15 minutes ago, but still, I don't get a single
piece of shit telling me what the hell is going on with my money.
I can say that the customer support of this site really sucks.
I don't think I'm gonna continue playing at this site after I clear my bonus.
