It's been nearly two weeks since I requested a cashout from Grand Bay. First, it took nearly 5 days to have my deposit bonus credited (even though I contacted support immediately after clearing it). I sent them an email on September 30th, and got a response:

Dear whore:

Your cashout will be processed tomorrow, and will be in your Neteller account within 48 hours. Thank you blah, blah, blah.

Still now money yet.

Anyone else with this problem?
