I need some input here. At 2,715 hands at one site I'm down $216. Looked at PT to find the leaks and saw that I lost almost all of it in the BB and SB. In every other position I'm a winner except 2 others where I lost a few bucks. Stats:

BB -$288
SB -$155

Fold the SB to steal 89%
Fold BB to steal 34%

PT also has Blind Defense (not sure how this differs from attempted steal folds):
SB 80% Fold
BB 34% Fold

Mostly on $2/4 FRLH, but also played about 800 hands of 2/4 SH.

Question: Am I overdefending, underdefending, or maybe just playing poorly post flop from the blinds?

I know the aggresive SH games I played are responsible for some of my worst losses in the blinds. (However, those FR games also saw lots of preflop raising) When your at a 5 player table and everyone always calls raises from the blinds you look weak by just folding all the time. So I end up calling more than at a FR table with less than desirable hands. It's hard to fold when your opp may be raising Q8s or 66. If I hit something I play it, if not I fold.

Thanks for any advice and I know this is a small sample.
