Hey Guys,

While sittin' around City Hall waiting to be called for jury duty I thought....Wouldn't it be cool to see a thread where people post their reference shots next to the painting they did. I'm always amazed to see how sweatpants and some duct-tape can turn into a cool spacesuit, or a piece of car engine turning into a ship.

Yes, I feel lame starting a thread like this without being able to kick it off with a picture but, well,...I am still stuck at jury duty.

Dan - You must have some good ones. Help me out here.
