This happened several years ago and I wanted to clear this up and re-register at E-bay (if that’s possible).

What happened was…I owed E-bay about $3.00 and thought they would just charge my credit card like they always did in the past, but in the mean time however, my credit card expired and I guess VISA rejected the charge. I should have updated my credit card info with my new number, but honestly, I just didn’t realize I owed anything at that time. Anyway, at that time I just wasn’t on my computer at all and wasn’t aware of the $3.00 charge E-bay was attempting to collect. By the time I realized it, E-bay had removed me as a user. When I realized the problem, I was not able to contact a live person. All I got was automated email responses that told me to log on and make the payment. The only problem is I was no longer a registered member etc…

After hours and hours (and several day’s really) of getting nowhere because of automated email responses from them, I gave up on straitening it out.

Before this trouble, I had an excellent record of buying and selling with lots of great feedback.

Anyone know if there’s anything I can do now to clear this up?
