I have been a 2 year user of Auction Wizard 2000 and probably one of its biggest fans. I list approx 5000 items per month with it and would attribute the success that i have to it. I have however run into to 2 issues with it that i would like people in this forums' advice.

1. Paypal - the life blood of any ebay seller. 70-80% of my sales are paid through paypal, and while there is a process to handle the payments it is by no means automated. For those unfamiliar it means opening up the email from paypal and copying and pasting the address, amount paid and fees.

2. Second Change Offers - a secret sales driver. I probaby do not need to tell anyone here why this is important. With regard to AW2k, the user needs to make a new auction and enter the ebay ID into it.

Does anyone have any ideas here? Has anyone written a program outside of AW2k to deal with these issues??? I have tried contacting Thom, the owner of the program and he has told me that the following items are not important, however as you can guess I do not agree with his statement. If not, i am contemplating on doing one as with AW2k being the closest to Auction management software nirvana, minus the above features. If i were to make a program like this, i would consider selling it to recoup my costs. What would you pay for this??
