I received something through eBay that was dead on arrival. After several failed attempts to get help through the seller, I filed a claim with Paypal.

30 days later I see they have decided to refund my money, provided I return the item in it's original condition at my expense!!

Basically, I have paid to receive a product. So far I haven't. Why should it fall on me to pay more money when they messed up?
