Ok, this is my case: [I know there's a lot eBay Lovers here, I'm just an eBay user] 2 weeks ago I set up a listing for sale, but some reason I made a mistake and my account was suspended, then I appealed the resolution, and they decided to uplift the ban, but the process was slow, I thought that it was for the Holidays... Then my Girlfriend [soon to be wife] decided to open an account and sell for me [yeah, cause she loves me ] but in less that 24 hours eBay closed her account without a valid/legal reason, I thougt that it was the system that detected the same address, but it was a different person, different credit card, different bank account... they don't want to give us a reason...
Then I've appealing for the ban removal on my account, and I got a email that it says that I qualify for reinstatement cause I never incurred in a violation before and my record was 100% [with 25 transactions in a couple of months] and 1 stuck-up person told me that my account will be remain closed again, for no reason...

I know this is a shock for many... Do I have to proceed legally against them on my GF case? or do I keep opening accounts cause I have a lot of friends willingly to help me... [I repair computers all the time]

When eBay suspends you they usually send an email with the reason why.
