I have a question on eBay fees. If my auction does not sell, and I relist, I get recharged. But, if it does sell, then eBay refunds the relsiting fee? So, what happens if I relist 5 times before it sells? Do I then get refunded for all the times I relisted it? Or do I only get charged once for relisting?

Also, is there a smart and easy way to see how many auctions a competitor has placed over the past 30 days and how much of them actually sold?
