I am interested in finding a college that has a very good art program but is not exclusively an art college. You see, I plan to get a degree in either illustration or graphic design, as well as a degree in business administration. Does anyone know of a school that would offer both areas as quality programs? Just how much better is it to go to an art college than to just get an art degree at a normal university, if you are motivated to do well?

Also, in terms of illustration or graphic design, I'm leaning towards an illustration major because I seem to hear that you learn basic graphic design principles in illustration coursework, but do not learn about things needed in illustration in a graphic design major. I've also considered a industrial design degree since I'm planning to go into concept art at some point, but I think that illustration might be better for a wider education on art.
