knowing that Enayla is way too busy to be able to answer any silly technical questions I decided to come here and see what you pro digital artists thought about this:
Take a look at this.
What would you expect would have been the size of this image as she painted it in photoshop and painter? i mean the details are AMAZING... and so rich! I know that all pros use a res. of 300dpi, but what about the print size? i mean it must be quite a large image to be able to make such minute details... what size would you be working at in order to produce soemthing like this, keeping in mind pritn quality.
