I am a relative new seller on ebay. Someone tonight asked me about purchasing an item I had on ebay. He wanted to know how many I had in stock. He sent me back an email saying he wanted to purchase 2 of the items I had for sale. He wants to use BidPay. I have never used BidPay before. He offered me $2,230 for the 2 items I am selling. I even got an email from BidPay saying payment approved. It has an order number, a tracking number, and it shows I am supposed to get a USD money order in the amount of $2230. It is supposed to be here in 7 - 10 business days. Now, here is my problem, the buyer wants me to ship it out on Monday. He is sending me prepaid shipping labels for FedEx. It looks legit, but I am very nervous about this. Any comments, I just don't want to get scammed. Thanks a lot, any feedback would be awesome.

You can also call Bidpay Monday and ask.

This actually sounds more like a scam than not.

Bidpay doesnt cost you any money.

I jut wanted to add the following.

Totally agree with the common concensus.

It is also a very well known scam, the emal is a spoof.
