Because the layers palette in Painter looks so similar to Photoshop, I expect it to behave in a similar manner. Whenever I need to move a layer to a different locatioin in the palette, I eventually quit out of Painter in frustration, open the file in Photohop to make the change then reopen in Painter to continue working. That's a lot of extra steps.

Is there a way to reorder layers from inside Painter?
