Read this one carefully folks. Looks like ebay is trying to keep out anyone who threatens paypal. In addition to that they will end a sellers auctions and kick them off if they mention they will accept cash or instant cash transfers. Violations will get your auctions cancelled, forfeiture of fees and you kicked off of ebay.

This goes into effect on January 15th 2006. I have a BIG problem with this policy change as people from overseas have in the past sent me cash both in an envelope and via western union. I also wonder if they are going to use this to keep competitors payment systems off of the ebay marketplace. I am getting tired of ebay using a few bad apples as an excuse to abuse the honest sellers and to tighten their grip on our options as retailers.
