Just had my first chargeback filed against me with PayPal.

Guy bought a brand new sealed copy of GTA: San Andreas (PS2) from me with a BIN, immediate payment required. I shipped the game either the next day or the same day as payment. The next day after mailing, the listing was removed by eBay (it was a multiple quantity fixed price listing) (In case you aren't familiar with this, eBay removed pretty much all GTA:SA listings over this past weekend.)

He got the game fine but has filed a complaint for not as described citing: internal damage, external damage, and Used. Now there is no way the game was used, it was factory sealed, and I highly doubt it was damaged in transit. I really wouldn't want to take a return on this, since he's obviously opened it. (It's not new any more...)

He didn't bother to contact me at all, just went straight to PayPal. I would hope they'd review this one and decide he's just making a money grab since the listing was taken down, right? (Maybe?)

Don't know why he didn't bother e-mailing me directly before going to PayPal. I've worked with buyers in the past.
