Hi all,
Am a small ebay seller looking for Auction Management software to help minimize the adminstration of Selling. I have spent countless hours looking and am so confused.

Heres what I am primarily looking for:
Automated download of any info from Ebay- Minimize manual key entry into software or on-line solution.

Automated emailing or templated email to buyers throughout sell cycle....SOLD does well after sold but what about the myriad of emails from prospective buyers?

God please help me with being able to quote shipping effectively and save quote info to either customer listing or at least to access for later reference or auto populate an invoice if requestor is final winner.

Auto invoicing, ship labels

Help with disputes, I feel like Im dealing with the DMV trying to find a way to dispute and unpaid sale with EBay.

Finally, as I am a small seller, If the solution is on-line (i.e. on-going payments) I'd like a solution that offers a % of final sale versus never ending monthly fees!

Thanks to all much better experienced that respond to this as I am totally baffled!
