Hi All,
I'm a UK powerseller and for the past week I have been searching and trialing a number of so called 'best-of-breed' eBay auction management software packages, some hosted, some desktop based and although all of the ones I've tried are very US centric I have managed to scrape by with the $ sign instead of the £ sign, etc.
Anyhow, NOT ONE of the packages I've tried has all the features I'm looking for. Don't get me wrong I don't want anything unusual, I don't even need something that can list for me. All I want (and I'm sure so do many other eBay sellers!) is an application (NOT HOSTED!) that ties into both PayPal and eBay to import my listings both active and completed and present this data to me in such a way so that for example I know how and when something was paid (if paid via paypal then this should be automatically imported), the customers name, address,email and tel. no. If they are a repeat customer. Generate automatic emails, leave feedback, etc.
I of course could present a full list of features but this is beyond the scope of this post and probably this forum.
Now. Auctionsage.com is a package which is ALMOST there, not quite though. It is still very US centric but thanks to the developer, they are adding the most commonly used address label format in the UK (thanks to yours truly!) but it doesn't quite fit the list of features as above very well.
Does anyone know of anything that does? What is everyone out there using to reduce their admin time? What are your workflow processes?
