My site (ePtoP.com) has been launched about two months since (09/18/05). Some people complained about the slowness. I checked the system log, and found some hackers trail. It may slow my site down. They tried to break my server thousand times a day. They tried every user name they could by their imagination such as 'test', 'tester', 'root', ..etc. The thing is that I am not use them.

Is there any good way to know where those hackers come from? I have all there IP addresses.

Blocking IPs is a good start, but it may not solve everything.

Easy to ban these hackers if they repeatedly come from the same IP add...
