I've been trying to upload listings using CSV files through eBay's File Exchange tool without much success. The eBay File Exchange forum isn't very active or helpful, and support is hard to get--in my experience so far, anyway. Does anyone know if eBay has committed to keeping and improving support for this tool? I don't want to invest much more time and energy into it if I can't count on it being around or being supported.
