We have a customer who has been bidding and bidding on our auctions. He wanted to pay by Visa because he says he is not set up for Paypal. We have some concern the credit card may be stolen but so far two charges totalling $1000 have been approved by Paypal VT. Is there anything we can do to check this out further either through Paypal of Visa before we ship his items? Also, he continues to bid and win more items. Thank you
