Has anyone signed up with the affiliate of Paypalsucks.com for a merchant account? It seems to be the best deal around but I would like to hear some feedback before I jump on board. The rates are as follows:

# $15/Month Merchant Account Service Fee & Secure Payment Gateway Access Fee
# 2.39% VISA/MasterCard Discount Rate.
# $0.30/Transaction Fee - Includes $0.05 Address Verification Security

I believe it is through Cardservices International.

Anyone tried it?
