I have a buying experience I would like to share. I purchased a lot of 103 computers using liquidation.com and the manifest CLEARLY stated that there were supposed to be 18 extra hard drives and 50-100 mice and keyboards. I won the auction, paid for it, and received 4 pallets of computers. Now, with 4 pallets of equipment, how are you supposed to find out if everything is there unless you unpack it? So I did and I found that the extra hard drives, mice, and keyboards were missing.

I filed a dispute with liquidation.com. They responded that I needed to send them photo's of what is involved with the dispute (no lie, they wanted me to send pictures of items I didn't receive). When I asked them how I was supposed to send them pictures of something I didn't receive, they responded that my dispute has been denied because I didn't provide photos.

This is a TRUE story!!! My advice to EVERYONE is to NEVER, EVER, EVER buy using liquidation.com. NEVER!!!
