I personally feel that ebay's feedback is simply based on emotion rather than the actual transaction itself. For instance lets say that you shipped out the item promptly, but it just so happens when they recieve it, they are in a bad mood, so they decided to leave you a negative feedback. I definitley do not favor there feedback system, especially when they dont control it. Is there anybody else that feels the same way I do about ebays feedback policy. Would you like to see them change there feedback? If so what do you think would be a good system to implement?
