Posted at July 22, 2005, 7:13 am: Buyers like this really make me angry. I just dont understand why people have to be like this... So I sold a set of books on Sunday night, and on Monday afternoon I shipped the book out via UPS Ground. (Which is the shipping option they chose, I also offered 3 day Select, and Overnight) I was fast about it and shipped the book the next business day as you can see. Anyway, I am in Massachusetts and my buyer is in Los Angeles CA. So Wednesday rolls around and my buyer emails me saying he paid $15 dollars for shipping, and that he was upset he didnt have his item yet. He went on to say either have this item to me or experience negative feedback. There were several emails to me with different wording but with the same message. That just makes me really angry. I shipped the item the next business day after the item was won, I shipped with the method they chose (UPS Ground), and they buyer knew I was on the east coast. I have 100% positive feedback on this particular account and dont want to tarnish that. Don't they know that UPS Ground from Massachusetts to California takes more than 2 days? Not only did they guy caused me to stress over this, he wasted my time with all his threatening emails, and he will probabaly complain that the item is not as described or something like that. I can almost guarantee it. I'll update this post if there are any other complications. I am sure there will be, I can smell it. Hey why not make this, a ignorant buyers post.
